Description:

BMMC, a well-established tax and advisory firm based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Advisor / Accountant to join its expanding team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to work with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients while contributing to a dynamic and professional environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting tax compliance activities, providing advisory services, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a solid understanding of UAE tax regulations, strong accounting expertise, and the ability to prepare accurate and professional client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance requirements for clients

• Prepare and review tax filings, reports, and supporting documentation

• Provide tax advisory support and practical recommendations to clients

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax matters and regulatory requirements

• Prepare accurate, well-structured, and client-ready reports and deliverables

• Assist clients with compliance procedures and interactions with relevant authorities

• Support tax planning initiatives and advisory projects as required

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in tax, audit, or accounting roles

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience with exposure to VAT and Corporate Tax

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, and FTA procedures

• Good understanding of transfer pricing principles and related concepts

• Excellent English drafting, reporting, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CTA will be an advantage

Strong knowledge of:

• UAE VAT Compliance

• UAE Corporate Tax Regulations

• Federal Tax Authority (FTA) Procedures

• Transfer Pricing Concepts
