Senior Resident Engineer - High-Rise & Mixed-Use Projects

Job Title: Resident Engineer
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy in Ras Al Khaimah.
Requirements:- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in the construction industry.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a UAE consultancy .
- Proven experience handling high-rise residential and commercial building projects .
- Strong track record of independently managing projects from inception to completion.
- Experience working on a variety of projects , including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time , within quality standards, and in compliance with contract requirements.
- Strong knowledge of authority regulations, project coordination, site supervision, and consultant responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Lead and supervise all site activities on behalf of the consultancy.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contract specifications.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Ensure timely project execution and successful delivery within approved schedules.
- Prepare and review progress reports and attend project meetings.
- Mentor and manage the site supervision team while maintaining the highest engineering standards.
