About The Role
- We are looking for experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Property Consultants to join our boutique real estate brokerage in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
- Handle property viewings, negotiations, and transactions from start to finish.
- Maintain a strong client and property pipeline.
- Stay updated on Dubai market trends and new developments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate brokerage experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market.
- Proven sales/leasing track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- VIP/HNW client experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
