Full job description - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for blue-collar positions.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various blue-collar roles.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines.
- Conduct background checks and verify references for potential hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing recruitment agencies and vendor relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
