Job Description

Owns the coordination and delivery of marketing content across Al Marwan's brands from briefing, reviewing, and keeping multiple accounts moving on time and on brand.

The candidate will work within an in-house creative team across heavy machinery, real estate, hospitality and construction brands.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination and delivery

• Build and maintain project timelines across concurrent campaigns; traffic work between strategy, creative, and production

• Maintain content calendars across channels and brands

• Intake and quality-check briefs before they reach creative

• Manage approval cycles and brand-compliance checks before anything goes live

Content direction

• Define content themes and pillars per brand, working from each brand's objectives

• Build and own the content calendars across brands and channels

• Write the briefs the creative team produces against — objective, audience, core message, format, platform, deadline and references

• Specify what each platform needs: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok

• Direct website and article content — topics, structure and priority — briefed to the copywriters

• Direct Google Business Profile and directory content — what gets posted, which listings, what imagery

• Review delivered work against the brief before it goes live

Reporting

• Pull campaign data and build monthly and quarterly reports

• Highlight performance issues with a recommendation attached, not just the number

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years in marketing coordination, campaign delivery or account support — agency or in-house

• Fluent in Arabic and English , written and spoken. You will review published content in both.

• Strong instinct for what performs on each platform — ideally built by creating content yourself.

• Proven ability to run multiple concurrent accounts without things being dropped

• Experience briefing and reviewing content across social, web and local listings

• Able to judge creative output critically — copy, layout, pacing and platform fit

• Project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello)

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, calm under competing deadlines

• Google Business Profile and local listing management

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, construction or heavy equipment is a plus
