Creative Designer

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing our retail promotions, branding initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns to life through impactful visual designs.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design promotional leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, and in-store marketing materials.
✅ Create engaging social media content and digital advertisements.
✅ Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
✅ Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
✅ Develop creative concepts that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
✅ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, or Hypermarket sector.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual communication.
Experience in creating promotional leaflets, social media content, and retail marketing materials.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Photography, videography, and motion graphics skills will be considered a strong advantage.
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Knowledge of both English and Arabic typography and design standards is highly desirable.
