.I'm working with a crypto HFT firm building out their core trading infrastructure in Dubai, and they need a Senior Software Engineer who's genuinely lived in the low-latency world, not just read about it

g: Building and maintaining market data + exchange connectivity into crypto exchang
es⚡ Developing and extending trading algorithms within the live syst

ng:• 8+ years in C++ (10+ total software dev experience) 3+Years for junior to mid
dle• Real scar tissue from high-load, low-latency systems, not just system design intervi
ews• You can talk DSA and design patterns without reaching for a textb
ook• Network protocols you actually understand, Websockets/FIX/Kafka is a big p
lus• Financial markets or HFT exposure; bonus points if you've built trading strategies yourself • You can debug a production fire at 3 am and explain root cause calmly the next morn
ing• Comfortable owning a technical initiative end to end, spec to deployment, no hand-hold
