Account Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can independently handle the company’s complete day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, invoices, receivables, payables, payroll coordination, tax compliance support, financial reporting, and other accounting-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field .
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience .
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel .
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting requirements is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounting activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) .
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Process vendor payments and maintain supplier accounts.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain petty cash and company expense records.
• Process employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Assist with payroll and salary-related accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports .
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Monitor company expenses and support budget tracking.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and external accountants/CA.
• Assist with VAT, tax, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
