Description:
A leading company in the alcoholic beverages industry, representing a portfolio of internationally recognized beer, wine, and spirits brands, is looking to hire a Customer Service Executive for its Dubai operations. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in high-volume order processing within fast-paced B2B distribution or trading environments.
The successful candidate will manage the complete order fulfilment cycle, from processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries to maintaining ERP records and supporting internal teams. Professionals with experience in FMCG distribution, industrial supplies, lubricants, chemicals, oil & gas, spare parts, or other B2B trading sectors are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer purchase orders and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) accurately using the ERP system.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order entry, confirmation, dispatch, delivery, and invoicing.
• Respond to customer and sales team enquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on credit holds, pending orders, delivery delays, and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock transfers, product returns, inventory transactions, and stock-related credit notes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, ERP data, and order documentation.
• Prepare reports related to order processing, delivery performance, returns, and outstanding orders.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination, or sales administration.
• Experience within a distribution, trading, or industrial B2B environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume customer orders and delivery coordination.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a customer-focused and accountable approach.
Strong knowledge of:
• High-volume order processing and order fulfilment
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Microsoft Excel, inventory coordination, and customer service operations
