Responsibilities
- Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and nursing judgment questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
- Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Challenge models on topics including pharmacology, care planning, and patient safety
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field
- Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings
- Strong metacognitive communication skills to explain clinical reasoning
- Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet
