Senior IT Administrator

Liebherr Middle East FZE is responsible for sales and service of construction machinery and maritime cranes of the Liebherr Group in the Gulf region. This includes specifically mobile and crawler cranes, the complete range of earthmoving equipment, tower cranes and concrete equipment, duty cycle crawler cranes as well as material handling equipment in the maritime field.

Responsibilities

IT Audit

• Responsibility for IT audit-related activities and coordination
• Tracking and maintaining an overview of open audit findings
• Monitoring status and progress of audit-related tasks
• Supporting audit preparation and follow-up actions

Patch Management

• Management and execution of system updates via Vulcan
• Monitoring and coordination of patch management processes (SCCM, WSUS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Baramundi)
• Administration of Intune-based software deployment and lifecycle management
• Troubleshooting software-related incidents and issues
• Optimization and continuous improvement of application deployment processes
• Identification and implementation of future enhancement opportunities

Vulnerability Management

• Management of software vulnerabilities and IT security risks
• Continuous monitoring of vulnerability management processes
• Administration of Privileged Access Management (Delinea)
• Response to emerging security threats and vulnerabilities
• Identification and implementation of security improvements and preventive measures

Server Administration

• Execution of weekly system health checks for LDU servers using CheckMK
• Management of server services, including activation and deactivation of services
• Monitoring system availability and performance

Active Directory Administration

• Automation and optimization of Active Directory processes and reporting
• Creation and maintenance of user accounts for new employees
• Management and adjustment of user permissions and access rights

Competencies

• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in internal and external IT audits; EASA Part-IS knowledge is considered an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Vulcan, SCCM, WSUS, and CheckMK
• SAP experience is considered an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills in a multinational working environment
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently with strong planning and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet defined objectives within agreed timelines
