A professional and customer-focused Reservation Agent is required to manage bookings and assist guests with reservation inquiries. The selected candidate will ensure accurate reservation handling while delivering excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle hotel or service reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist customers with booking inquiries and reservation changes
Maintain accurate reservation records and customer information
Coordinate with the front office and operations teams
Provide information about services, pricing, and availability
Resolve booking issues and customer concerns professionally
Ensure excellent customer service and communication standards
