Job Title: Project Engineer / Coordinator – Civil & Mechanical

Experience: 2–3 years

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering .
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, civil, mechanical, or MEP projects .
• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, and project execution .
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents .
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams .
• Experience in material submittals, technical submittals, inspections, and approvals .
• Ability to monitor site progress, work schedules, and project requirements .
• Good understanding of civil and mechanical works and coordination between different disciplines.
• Ability to identify and resolve site issues and technical problems in coordination with the project team.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, records, and correspondence .
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements .
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office ; knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering/project management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction/project environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities between site teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers .
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
• Coordinate material submissions, inspections, approvals, and technical documentation .
• Review drawings and coordinate with relevant engineering disciplines.
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting .
• Follow up on site requirements and ensure timely resolution of technical and coordination issues.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications .
