Kaizen Business Consultants is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Intern to join its growing team in Dubai. This hybrid internship is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

The selected intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting branding initiatives, creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to marketing campaigns. The internship is offered for 3–6 months and may be extended based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.

• Create engaging social media posts and digital content.

• Shoot, edit, and publish short videos and social media reels.

• Conduct market, competitor, and content research.

• Support branding initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects.

Requirements:

• Creativity and a strong willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media.
