Full job description
We are currently looking for an Office Manager with an experience of 5+ years to join NASEC team in Dubai, UAE.
Qualities & Skills
- Have a good knowledge and experiences in Construction Engineering

- Flexible attitude and works well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- Planning HR and administration activities annually
- Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
- Overseeing the payroll function
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Design and implement filing systems
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Design and implement office policies and procedures
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Monitor and review internal processes
- Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
- Manage internal staff relations
Requirements
- Should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Office Manager with HR duties in a Construction Industry
- Preferably with an MBA Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to join immediately
