The Role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Structuring and Client Relationship professional to join our growing team. The role will combine corporate structuring and client relationship management with oversight of the team and day-to-day service delivery, ensuring matters are managed efficiently from onboarding through to completion. You will play a key role in managing internal processes, workflows and step plans, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, maintaining high standards of accuracy and driving the best possible delivery of service to clients.

The role will also support team performance and development, manage workloads and priorities, identify areas for process improvement, and act as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial team with new enquiries by researching the feasibility of establishing a new entity or restructuring an existing entity. This will include structuring options, establishment criteria, approximate timeframes and government fees.
• Act as a bridge between technical execution and team leadership, ensuring internal processes run smoothly and team members are guided, supported and developed to meet departmental goals.
• Support the day-to-day management of the Corporate Structuring/Licensing team, monitoring workloads, priorities and outstanding matters to ensure client and regulatory deadlines are met.
• Review and check work completed by the team for accuracy, completeness and compliance before progression or submission, escalating complex, high-risk or material matters to the Head of Licensing where required.
• Act as the first point of escalation for team members on technical, operational and client matters, supporting resolution and escalating to the Head of Licensing where appropriate.
• Act as the first point of escalation for client service matters, taking ownership of issues through to resolution and ensuring clients receive clear, timely and appropriate communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, proactively managing expectations and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
• Manage a small portfolio of corporate structuring and licensing matters directly, maintaining hands‑on technical expertise and ensuring cases are progressed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Proactively monitor client matters for delays, service issues or potential dissatisfaction, intervening early and working with the team to resolve concerns.
• Demonstrate outstanding knowledge of company formation and corporate structuring across onshore, offshore, free zone and financial free zone jurisdictions in the UAE.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate structuring matters, providing day‑to‑day technical guidance and support to team members, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with UAE government departments, authorities, agencies and registered agents.
• Maintain strong knowledge of online portals and applications across government departments, agencies and registered agents, ensuring digital processes are utilised wherever possible to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the Commercial team and Onboarding Team to onboard new clients, ensuring a high‑quality client experience and delivery within agreed timeframes.
• Oversee internal processes, workflows, checklists and step plans, ensuring these are consistently followed by the team and highlighting any gaps, risks or areas requiring improvement.
• Regularly review processes and recommend improvements to strengthen controls, improve efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.
• Monitor changes to laws, regulations and procedures relating to business registration, licensing and ongoing corporate requirements, ensuring relevant changes are communicated to the team and incorporated into internal processes.
• Prepare and review notary packs, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate, and guide signatories through requirements ahead of the notary appointment.
• Support and guide team members with complex client communications, stepping into meetings or correspondence where additional seniority or technical expertise is required.
• Attend client and law firm meetings, particularly in relation to complex structuring matters, key client relationships and escalations.
• Stay informed of industry developments and regulatory changes to support continuous learning
• Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue by proactively introducing relevant corporate services to new and existing clients, including translation, attestation, commercial premises solutions and licence amendments, in line with internal approval processes.
• Support the team in identifying appropriate opportunities within their client portfolios and work with the Commercial team where required.
• Support reporting on licensing status, corporate structure updates, workloads, outstanding matters, turnaround times, escalations and service delivery.
• Support the Head of Licensing with monitoring overall team performance and identifying recurring operational, technical or client service issues requiring further action.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum of 5 years’ UAE experience within a regulated CSP, corporate services or professional services environment, with demonstrable exposure to ADGM and DIFC
• Proven experience of supervising a team
• A dedicated, passionate and results driven individual who can develop a plan and execute effectively
• A proven track record in customer service and great communication skills with a proven ability to write clear and precise advice to clients and other stakeholders
• Strong project management, planning and organisational skills
• The ability to maintain high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail, work well under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to be part of a team
• Proficient in all IT tools required to complete the role efficiently and effectively

Working hours & flexibility

• Standard office hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
