BAIC UAE is currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Supervisor to oversee showroom and branch operations at its Abu Dhabi location. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day showroom activities, supporting sales performance, and ensuring customers receive a high-quality experience throughout their interaction with the brand. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily showroom and branch operations to ensure smooth business activities

• Lead and coordinate sales and operational staff to achieve business and performance targets

• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times

• Monitor showroom appearance, operational efficiency, and overall branch performance

• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving dealership sales objectives

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner

• Coordinate with management to improve branch operations and customer experience

• Ensure staff productivity, discipline, and effective teamwork within the branch

• Prepare operational reports and assist in implementing process improvements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive showroom operations or branch supervision is required

• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory

• UAE automotive industry experience will be considered an advantage
