Apt Resources is excited to present an opportunity for a talented Commis 2 Butcher to join a luxury resort located along the stunning Red Sea coast. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation butchering and presentation of meats in accordance with the resorts culinary standards.
• Work under the supervision of the Head Butcher or Chef de Partie to ensure that all meat products are of the highest quality and properly stored.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the butcher section including adhering to food safety procedures.
• Support the team in food preparation and ensure accurate portion control.
• Participate in the inventory management of meat supplies and report any discrepancies to the senior kitchen staff.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
