Electrical Cable Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Cable Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our electrical cable products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the electrical cable industry, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Product Promotion: Develop and manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and other events to increase product visibility and demand.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials that support the sales process and customer engagement.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Accounts Manager

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and Federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns and handle any audits or inquiries.
• Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Support strategic financial planning and decision‑making processes by providing detailed financial analysis and insights.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices in accordance with customer orders and company policies.
• Draft and issue covering letters for dispatching original invoices and supporting documents to customers.
• Process and record cheque and cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department to obtain original test certificates for customer deliveries.
• Manage and maintain acknowledged Delivery Orders received from customers via transporters.
• Ensure timely dispatch of original invoices, acknowledged Delivery Orders, and test certificates to customers through courier services.
• Maintain and monitor customer Trade License records, including follow‑ups and reminders for expired licenses.
• Handle document scanning and systematic filing of invoices, acknowledged Delivery Orders, and order confirmations for audit and reference.
• Record bank receipt entries in Tally, ensuring proper reconciliation and accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate effectively with the marketing/sales team to support smooth order processing and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly electrical cable manufacturing, is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of accounts experience, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
• Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) for the specific invoicing responsibilities.
