We are looking for a Korean (C1–C2) speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE . This is a great opportunity to build your career in customer support while living in a modern and fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and helpful support to customers
  • Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures

Requirements

  • Korean (C1–C2)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a customer support environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) and work on-site
  • Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
