Project Manager - Fit out

LEADERS FORT is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Fit-Out to lead and deliver interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. If you have strong site execution expertise, stakeholder coordination skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage fit-out projects from planning through execution to final handover
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for full project understanding
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE regulations
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and manage variations/claims
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and prepare project status reports
• Control costs, timelines, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure timely snagging, testing, commissioning, and close-out
• Obtain authority approvals and completion certificates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture / interior design
• 7-10 years of experience in fit-out / interior contracting projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out standards, materials, and authority approvals
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience handling fast-tracks fit-out projects
• Strong contract administration & variation management experience
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and quality management systems
