Business Analyst (UAE National), Ultra Fast Grocery

If so Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is looking for eager minds and candidates with a strong record of achieving results. You will contribute to understanding customer patterns and creating metrics that help improve operations, providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve customer experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
- Come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.
- Be open to learning and developing skill sets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
- Understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on the ground.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working in a similar role for at least 1 year.
- Exposure to Excel and SQL.
- Deadline-driven team player with strong customer focus.
- Strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues.
- Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and QuickSight.
- Experience in ETL jobs, etc.
- Experience in using PowerPivot and writing macros in Excel.
