As the business continues to grow and expand its market presence, it is seeking a dependable Storekeeper to support its warehouse and inventory operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient stock management. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily distribution activities and ensuring products are stored, handled, and dispatched according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Store products correctly and maintain stock using FIFO/FEFO inventory principles.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the ERP/inventory system.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic stock audits.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with internal teams.
• Track batch numbers and expiry dates, reporting slow-moving or near-expiry inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage warehouse documentation including GRNs, delivery notes, stock transfers, and returns.
• Safeguard inventory against loss, damage, or theft.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.

• Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, retail, or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse procedures.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety and storage standards is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• UAE driving licence and/or forklift licence is an advantage.

• Competitive salary of AED 7,000 – 9,000 per month.
