Pricing & Promotion Specialist

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies across assigned offers
- Help build and refine offer frameworks including bundle ladders, upsell flows, and discount structures
- Design and implement promotional structures such as BOGOs, limited-time discounts, and urgency-based mechanics
- Execute pricing and promotion experiments in Statsig from setup to readout and documentation
- Analyze experiment results across AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and network margin
- Collaborate with Campaign Success Managers, Creative Strategy, Data, and Traffic teams to optimize performance
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, direct-response, growth marketing, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce or DTC offers
- Familiarity with experimentation concepts including A/B testing and hypothesis development
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or related field
- Experience with Statsig or a similar structured experimentation platform
- Background in affiliate or partner marketing
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated results improving AOV, AOM, or RPS
