Contract Administrator Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract management and administration activities across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within design and or construction projects

• Familiarity with contract terms commercial procedures and document management processes

• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

• Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable

• Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration of contracts in accordance with project requirements

• Maintain contract records correspondence and documentation

• Assist in processing variations claims and contractual communications

• Monitor contractual obligations deliverables and key milestones

• Coordinate with commercial legal and project teams on contract related matters

• Prepare reports on contract status risks and issues

• Ensure compliance with contractual procedures and governance requirements

Qualifications :

Degree in Engineering Quantity Surveying Law Business Administration or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
