We are looking for a motivated and curious E-Business Intern to join our Middle East E-Business team for a 6-month internship.Working across E-Commerce, E-Retail and Omnichannel activities, the role contributes to ensuring operational excellence, maintaining an optimal online client experience and supporting commercial performance across our digital ecosystem. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.**WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL****DIGITAL OPERATIONS & BUSINESS SUPPORT*** Support the day-to-day operations of CHANEL's digital business across E-Commerce and E-Retail platforms.* Assist in monitoring online operations, coordinating with Customer Care, Warehouse, Boutiques, IT and Business teams.* Identify and resolve potential operational issues, and escalate them when necessary.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across digital operations.**E-MERCHANDISING & DIGITAL CONTENT*** Contribute to content updates across CHANEL.com and E-Retailer platforms.* Review digital assets, moodboards and product pages prior to publication.* Support the maintenance of online assortments, product activations and merchandising updates.* Contribute to merchandising optimization based on stock availability and commercial priorities, and maintain product rankings accordingly.**360 COORDINATION & MONITORING*** Support the execution of digital campaigns and CRM activations by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.* Monitor stock availability before and during campaigns to ensure commercial readiness.* Consolidate campaign feedback and performance learnings.* Monitor websites performances, operational KPIs and online business activities.**DIGITAL PROJECTS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT*** Support the implementation of new digital initiatives and omnichannel projects.* Assist in updating operational documentation, FAQs and internal procedures.* Track digital trends and best practices through regular benchmarking.**ENERGIZERS*** Being part of a dynamic, fast-paced Digital team.* Working on a wide variety of digital business topics, from operations to merchandising and omnichannel projects.* Contributing to projects that directly impact the online client experience.* Collaborating across departments and with international teams to implement innovative solutions.* Developing both analytical and operational skills within a luxury environment.**WHAT YOU CAN BRING*** A proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset.* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.* An analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.* A collaborative attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Passion for digital business, luxury retail and client experience.* Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.**REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.* Advanced technical skills in Excel.* Comfortable working with data and digital platforms.* Previous internship or academic exposure to Digital, E-Commerce or Retail is a plus.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.* Preferably based in the UAE.**WHAT YOU WILL GAIN** At CHANEL, you will gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of Digital Business.
