Position: Experienced Cook – Indian Cuisine for VIP Emirati Family

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook specializing in Indian Cuisine to join a VIP Emirati family. This role involves creating and preparing high-quality meals based on specific instructions, ensuring a smooth and efficient culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create menus according to the family’s preferences and instructions.
• Plan meals, ensuring they meet nutritional requirements and dietary preferences.
• Prepare and cook meals with attention to detail and precision.
• Handle food safely and correctly, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and equipment.
• Stay informed on nutritional information and dietary requirements.
• Cater to specific needs and family preferences, including special meal requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of cooking experience, preferably in a hotel/restaurant or with an Emirati family.
• Secondary Education Certificate or Culinary Certification.
• Strong knowledge of Majlis etiquette and cultural preferences.
