Receptionist - Tagalog or Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist who is fluent in either Arabic or Tagalog with prior experience in the healthcare sector specifically in dental or aesthetic clinics. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring smooth front-desk operations in a busy medical center located in Motor City Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  

• Manage appointments scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs
  

• Answer phone calls respond to inquiries and direct calls appropriately
  

• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation
  

• Handle billing and insurance coordination in collaboration with the accounts team
  

• Support the medical staff with administrative tasks as needed
  

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.

• 1 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferably in dental or aesthetic clinics.
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  

• Proficient in using clinic management software and MS Office
  

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  

• Professional appearance and demeanor
  

• Willing to work 6 days in a week and 1 day off.
